New day new plan - complete a 10k

Started today running 2 miles in 25 min and 30 sec.

My time wasn't great but I was on my feet all day at work, a little under nutrioned, and dehydrated. To top it all off it was extra hot and humid.

Game plan for next run, drink more water and have a larger lunch.
