don't be so hard on yourself. just take it one day at a time, i don't think 800 calories are enough, especially if you are working out, you need to feed your muscles. you might want to consider eating protein after you workout to help build the muscles rip. muscle weights more than fat and you don't want to lose muscles mass by not eating properly, the more muscles you have the more calories you burn. so try not to forget about the recovery part of your workout, it's just as important as the workout itself. ie: eating and stretching and resting. hope you find this helpful.

I'm sorry you're having a bad week.
I am a big pitty party person when it come to weight loss and not being a perfect dieter.
However, I promised myself with sparkpeople I would focus on the good, ask for support for the bad and cherish each right decision I make. Maybe you should try that. We are not perfect, food and weight is an issue for us. One day at a time, one bad habit at a time, one work out at a time and your reach your goal.
Please don't be so hard on yourself that you will deter from all the effort you put into losing and jump of course over 100 calories, sweetheart truthfully you probably burned them off while eating them.
Don't be so hard on yourself, focus on the good, fix the bad and (sorry, I really tried not to type this please don't take offense) please go to the gym if that is in your plan for a healthier life your husband has to set his own goals and met them and you have to do the same for yourself.
Do something fun? Or at least to your favorite music, the time will be over before you know. And you will feel better afterwards.
