Okay the UI to make a blog entry is really convoluted here.

Anyway, weird run today, I could not find my pace. Every foot fall felt off and my old friend the shin splints are back. Still I pushed through and even though the whole run felt off I knocked some time off my run.

The numbers:
Total Time: 38.48
Time in Zone: 7.20 (Whatever this is. I kind of know but I really need to read the manual.)
AveHR: 135
PeakHR: 160
Calorie Burn: 893
Total dist.: 2.97 miles

So I guess that's a good run even if it did feel like I was just plodding along.

Fun things to remember, bring a towel on run days! Fortunately the pants I ran in were cotton so they worked.
