Week #8

After recovering from my third surgery in 6 months, I decided I need to regain myself. This meant physically and mentally, I find they both go hand in hand with me. So, when the Dr gave me the ok to start to return to physical activity; I found a workout buddy and we headed to the gym at 4:30 am. I had no idea I would be talking about this 7 weeks later; but I have not missed going to the gym before work. I rest one day on the weekend and one day on the weekend I do a long activity. I find myself growing stronger every day!!
