Yay, sweaty blogs! Hehe. It's also great to do a post workout blog because the endorphins are still flowing and you can see the benefits of exercise! I love that feeling with running, once you get over the initial difficulties, sort of going on "auto-pilot" when you feel like you can run forever. I actually stopped to walk today because I was so exhausted, but then I picked back up and finished, and that's what matters, right?

Hi! Such a sweet, refreshing post. I used to run in my 20s (I was 50 lbs lighter!), and now in my mid 40s I have been tempted to try it again but am a bit worried about the weight and my knees, which are a bit moody. But, I may try a little, alternated with walking to see how it feels. I have to admit that I never loved it as you seem to. It made me feel great in general but I really had to force myself out the door, and through the run.
