wow good job on the coffee! that creamer is probably helping you meet your calorie goals somewhat, even if they're not good ones. Did you count it? Because if you didn't you might be closer to 1200 than you thought, but if you did and you're still below 1200 then......hopefully it was just a one time thing! Sherri is right! :) 3392 days ago
I usually eat and then track after I eat. I make healthy choices usually so I'm in range of spark's recommended. But I only eat when I'm hungry. So sometimes I don't eat much thus the reason why I do protein shakes. Considering I was on low low amount of food a year ago (soup diet) I eat more now. But it comes and goes.
