I've changed my diet and found a lower calorie way to eat midday and stay satisfied. This is my 4th day, and something is happening. There is a difference in how I feel -- I don't know how to describe that but it's nothing like that overstuffed feeling!
I have gotten in 2 days with 600 calories burned (2 spurts of activity each day) this week. Some days I have had trouble with justifying 200 calories burned, so this is a good leap.
I went shopping for the big trip and the coup was trying on a pair of 14's and while the cut wasn't complimentary, the pants went on easy! I don't want to stay in 14 long.
Could it be that I found the way to eat and exercise that I can create reliable weight reduction???? Well, that's a tune in, but right now, I've cut my lunches from 400-450 calories down to 325 and I'm doing fine with it! I think I'll put my new eating on the "my program" space on my spark page
