So I've been on a guacamole kick lately but I know how high cal it can be. I rationalized (bc I am a professional at that) that it was healthy fats but when you're downing it w/ lots of tortilla chips (even if they're organic) it's not good. So I decided I wanted to try to put it on a slice of turkey and roll it up. OMG! SO GOOD!
3T Giant bruschetta (diced tomatoes/onions/olive oil/seasonings)
4 slices of all natural turkey
=250 cals, 14g carbs, 14g fat, 19g protein, 8g fiber
