I'm a bad girl...

Tuesday, June 08, 2010

I've been so off track with my diet and exercise. I weighed myself and haven't gained though. Not sure how that happened lol

I was all motivated to get back on track, then my summer semester started and I got strep throat in the same week. I got my shot of penicillin and I'm ok now, except for the bruise from the shot. But I'm alive.

Now I just need my motivation back. I'll have to take my textbook on the treadmill or exercise bike. Kill two birds with one stone. Plus it'll help keep me awake while trying to read those boring books emoticon

Hope everyone who reads this is doing well. I know I haven't been active lately, but life just gets in the way sometimes. Miss you all!

We've all been there chica, and congrats on not gaining weight! I gain the same 10-15 pounds ALL THE TIME! I'm sure you'll have no problem getting back on track - you seem motivated enough! Glad to see you back here!

Good to see you! And I feel your pain. I'm off track too. Playing with the same five pounds over and over again. If you figure out how to get motivated again, let me know, or pass some of it this way or something.

Boring books.... emoticon as good as a lullabye emoticon
