Week 1 of Georgia Team June Challenge

Looking back over the week, I didn't do as well as I wanted, but I think I did learn more about myself. I realize that I'm and Emotional Eater as well as a Rationalizing Eater...meaning I can 'rationalize' my eating!
I let stress from a family situation get to me on Wednesday and made some unwise choices. That stress caused a migraine on Thursday, which caused a day out of work. I REFUSE to let that situation get to me like that again. I will be stronger and make better choices and choose other things besides food to help me deal with the stress.
Some things to try:
Deep breathing
Relaxation techniques
Walking away
Taking a 'virtual vacation' in my mind!
So, it's on to week two of my challenge
