I didn't forget this week. I know this one is gonna sounds weird. Kale chips. Like potato chips. Take some fresh kale. Wash it off and dry it well. Cut out the center stem and cut it into chip size pieces. They will shrink so you can make them large. Drizzle with about 2 tsp of EVOO and some sea salt and if you want some parmesan cheese. Put in 375 oven for about 15 mins. You kinda have to watch them. They are done anytime from 10-15 mins. You don't want them to burn, just crisp up. If you burn them you will know when you taste them. Bitter. They will crispy like chips and they dissolve in your mouth. I also like to dip them in ketchup. This is the second time I have made them. I figure it's another way to get in some veggies. They are different, but worth trying.

Went to the gym this morning for upper weight work-out. I've been doing this regularly for 5 weeks now. We check my measurements and the biggest this was 1% loss of body fat. Yea. I think the older you get body fat is also hard to lose so I was excited to see my weight work-outs are paying off. Just need to keep doing them.
Now it's off to Panera for breakfast - today is the real day of my sister's birthday, so all the girls in the family are meeting for breakfast. ummm
