Quantity today---not quality

I am miserable today, have a cold, foot hurts, it is hot,,,BUT I was out walking for 90 min. Logged 12462 steps, so I am quite happy. I even feel better now.

    Do take care! Sometimes the old body is justing tell us to give it some rest.
