Time still goes by...

It's funny because the last time I wrote in April, it had been 51 days since logging in.. this time it had been 55.. That 106 days. The days have gone by but not much has changed. I did go to the gym for two weeks, I still haven't had soda, but my weight remains the same. And so... here I am again. My goals this week will be simple. Log into sparkpeople daily. Track food, even if it's not within range. Excersise daily for 15 minutes. I am tired of feeling like a failure. Slow and steady wins the race..

    Hey, I've missed you! I lost some but struggling a bit lately. Super job on the soda. I haven't had much success there, but getting in a least a glass of water daily now. I really like your redesigned spark page. Looks good. Keep logging in and staying simple. I'm doing the same thing! Slow and steady just like you said!

    your not a just have to make TIME for yourself each day.....thats what I do.

    i agree. i have been playing around too much...i started this journey on labor day of 2007! it was to be the last diet i ever went on. it is...and i'm still on it! it's true that i had some really stressful events go on in the past couple years, and i'm glad i only gained 10 pounds. but i'm ready to get that scale moving in the right direction!
