losing finally

Well I've gotten passed my first plateau...I guess my body just got use to the treadmill after a month. So I started stength training and tae bo this week, and lost 3.2 lbs! The last couple of weeks I've only been losing like 1/2 a pound each week! So I'm very excited about my progress! And what do you know, I won 20 points on the spin wheel! What a great way to start my morning. I'm sooo close to One-Wonderland :-) emoticon emoticon
