I've been back on Sparkpeople for almost 1 month straight now. I have really tried to be more diligent about logging in ALL the food I eat (since I seem to do mindless grazing) and fitness minutes (as an encouragement to do even more). I love how good I feel after working out and that "happy mood" is making it even easier to keep my eating balanced. My weight loss is slow but I have to remember that shows like "The Biggest Loser" are not "real world scenarios" and that slow steady changes will bring the desired outcome with lasting results not just in weight loss but in overall health and vitality. Love it!!!
