Ran 3.1 miles with hubby. Total time was 35:49 at an average 7'08km pace.

Scrubbed 5k run due to wisdom tooth extraction.

Friday 5/28/10

Activity restriction due to wisdom tooth extraction. Hubby ran 3.5 mile solo, though I did go in to work.

Sunday 5/30/10
Ran 3.57 miles for long-run. I ran by myself since hubby had run the day before. I was kinda bummed to run by myself. I've been getting used to running with hubby, even though I sometimes feel like my pace slows him down. He runs faster than I do, so it helps me to increase my pace when I run with him. My total time was 48:48, which is an average pace of 14:06/mile. I didn't pick the best time of the day to run. It was easily 88-ish degrees and humid. Hubby was on his way back from the YMCA during the last .75 mile of my run and he met up with me to hand me my water bottle. He then walked behind me while I jogged the last leg. Can't wait until my 4-mile long run next week.

    Sounds like you're doing great! Considering the heat & humidity, that sounds like a good time (heck, for me, that'd be a good time without heat & humidity).
