Planning makes everything so much easier!! Bringing snacks that are healthy makes it incredibly easy to walk past the donut or machine filled horrors! I also put my work out clothes in a separate bag to take to work with me so I can go straight to the gym after work.
Lately I've been actually writing down too what I want to eat later in the week as I keep going to the store and buying things but sometimes I don't feel motivated to make it so the veggies/meat go bad or canned stuff gets left in the cupboards for a while. Knowing what I'm going to eat or what I have helps me so if I return to the store I already know I have some stuff to make.
Will lay workout cloths out tonight so I can get to class early in the morning! (As long as the "lazy" devil doesn't tell me I can stay in bed longer since I don't have to get my cloths together..lol) Thanks for the advice! 3397 days ago
