    You look so relaxed and calm in your video. :) I like your tree also, I haven't seen it before.

    I think we all cheated on Memorial Day; I did, though I shouldn't have. My schedule lately has been SO screwed up, but that's for a later blog.

    totally know the anxiety thing too. Im the same way, blogging always helps! ( as u know!!) life definately keeps you busy sometimes but you are still ontop of your health which is great! thats usually when people flake out! so good job!! Also with the BBQ, summer foods, and life events in general... its not about cutting things out or being on a " diet" its a life style and you cant cut things out because they WILL be in your life... its just balance and making sure ( as u said) u stop when ur full. oh, and 1 piece ( 1/2 piece really) of cake is not going to kill you!!! enjoy it! its ok to have a piece now and then! lol. love your blogs! cant wait to get another update! good luck tomorrow!

    hi!! i can totally relate to the anxiety feeling when i have to go for a family get together(which is very often) and i guess if i get calm about it....i will probably deal with it better..!! thanx
