No more excuses

Finally got my exercise DVDs in from NEWO and I can't use the excuse that I don't have a workout plan any longer. I started using the Interval workout on the treadmill. It will probably take a couple of weeks to get myself upto the target heart rate I need to accomplish weight loss. Tomorrow I start the strenght training from SP. I will do this at the gym and track my progress.
I have also made a commitment to myself to eat healthier. Tomorrow I will start making weekly meal plans using recipes from SP as well as some of my one recipes. I really enjoy trying new foods, so this shouldn't be a problem-DDH may be a problem though.
Felt really good after the interval workout today. I can see why the recommend doing it in the morning. The instructor states that your body can stay more energized for upto to 12 hours. Started the 1/2 hour training at 1:45 PM. It is now 8:25 PM and I still feel revved up. Feels good though. Definitely going to have to start earlier.
