Okay so I've gained about 8-9 lbs since my lowest weight last June. Luckily I don't have stomach rolls but instead I expand outward.
My pants feel slightly tight, and I can feel that my butt has expanded too.
I haven't worked out since last Thursday. Yesterday I thought about running but then it started to rain. I was exercising outside, but now the weather is getting pretty hot.
My roommate moved desks/chairs/etc into the spare bedroom, and now I don't have room in there to workout.
I've been doing Chalean Extreme phase 2, but I have been overcompensating with eating. Sick of this. I feel so gross. Why do I keep doing this?
I feel out of control.
I'm seriously considering getting a membership at the YMCA. There is one down the street from my work, and I could go there in the mornings or after work.
I'm going to have to get back to doing cardio for 45 minutes.
