    If you feel that you need to weigh in everyday... do it once!!!!! Don't weigh everytime you eat, that's absurd! I weigh in the morning... I wish you all the best! Remember, if you have a bad day... get up the next day and start anew... don't give up. :)

    hide that scale!! Let someone take it and don't let them give it back to you until it's been a week. Don't read the scale every day, it's an awful habit because the amount of water you drink, the amount of salt in your foods, the amount in your bowel, everything adds up and fluctuates every day. One day you might wake up and be 5 lbs heavier than you were the day before but it's just because you drank more water or you ate a salty dinner, etc. But if you weigh yourself once a week you can actually start to see the REAL weight loss. Don;t you think getting on the scale and seeing you lost 3 lbs is so much more thrilling than seeing you lost .8 or .2 every day?

    GL on your goals- we have very similar goals. I'm married already, but I used to be and still kind of am one of those skinny fat people, and a major reason I wanted to get in shape was to prepare for pregnancy too. I've gone from 130 to 118 since New Years, so hopefully I can serve as inspiration for you. Keep remembering that it is possible and worth it, you just really got to focus and work hard. Let me know if you need any help along the way!
