Mini Goals: My One Week Challenge #2

Here is a recap... I am making a small goal each Tuesday that I wish to accomplish by the following weigh-in day. This way I have a short-term goal that I can actively work towards instead of just looking far into the future with my longer term goals...

Last week I had a goal to lose 2 pounds from the 175.4# that I weighed the previous week. Today I weighed in at 174.0 which means I lost 1.4# towards this goal.... not bad but still not accomplished.

Here is my goal for this week... Run 3+ miles 3 times this week. Let's see how I do and how much weight I can lose between now and next Tuesday. I am hoping to lose atleast 1.5#...

LET'S DO THIS!!!!
