1. Joined Weight Watchers Meetings to help keep me focused
2. I am going to think before I mindlessly eat (are you really hungry)
3. Alternate work out video's and treadmil
4. keeping buying new clothes in smaller sizes
5. Work out with HUBBY emoticon
