2. No eating after 8:30
3. No pop
4. 5 fruits and/or veggies a day
5. 30 min lifting 2ce a week
6. Work outside 15 min a day 5 days a week
7. Plan meals 15 min 2ce a week
8. Plan workouts 15 min 1ce week
9. Start Spark over & login @ least 1ce a day
10. Keep daily weight/calories burned chart
