limiting sugar intake...

WORKS! I have lost 3.5 pounds in the past 2 weeks. I have been limiting my sweets. I have been striving to not eat sugar everyday except for Fridays, and then I eat what I have been craving all week. I have not been perfect in my no sugar eating days. I look back over my food entries, and see that I do have something sweet each day, but it is not much. It could be that the jump in calories on Friday is just what my body needs to feel free to shed some fat. Anyway, I am super happy about my results. Oh, and I have lost nearly 2 inches from my waistline. That is a good result also. I am also feeling SO much better. I am being consistent in my exercise as well. I believe that all of these good things are working together and giving me the results I so badly want. I am on fire with motivation now!

    I love this!! I too have really been trying to limit my sugar because it is so hard to break this habit!!!
