Game Face On...

I've taken this weekend to do a lot of reading and thinking. I came up with a plan for this work week. I decided I really needed to take it one week at a time. I figured out I was in some serious need of a to do list. I'm feeling better about the upcoming week. A lot of my to do list I already do sprinkled with a few things I need to build consistency on...

This weeks goals...
-Eat breakfast everyday
-Drink all my water
-Get to the gym atleast 3 days(wed, thu, and fri)
-Set aside 1 hour a day to track my food, log exercise, and paruse spark!
-Get atleast 7 hours of sleep a night
-Get my cardio in 50min x 3 days this week = 150 minutes (25 elliptical and 25 bike)
-Strength training! 30 min x 3 days this week = 90 minutes (crunches, pushups, stretching, a few machines, dumbells)
-Get atleast an hour of activity in Saturday and Sunday
-Tuesday is my day off =]
-Weigh in Friday morning

This week should be a piece of cake. I'm trying to make myself accountable and to give myself actual trackable goals. This is very doable.

Which leads me to put thought into some longer goals. Right now though, I dont want to take it longer than a month. So on that note...

Goals for June...
-Meet all my weekly goals
-Lose 5 pounds this month, losing roughly 1-2 pounds a week
-Recap journal at the end of the month

I'm feeling prepared for this week. Grocery shopping tomorrow(i know, ridiculous), memorial bay bbq at the parents, cooking up some food for the week, and laundry. Busy busy =] Hopefully in bed by 9pm tomorrow for an early morning Tuesday. My work schedule this week is...

Monday: Off
Tuesday: 6am-2pm
Wednesday: 6am-2pm
Thursday: 8am-5pm
Friday: 6am-1pm

I'm normally at the gym for around....2 1/2 hours including changing time, stretching, sauna time, etc. I have plenty of time, this week is going down =]

p.s. I've been thinking hard about social networking lately. I feel like I dont need it in my life right now. I want to focus on me, spark, hobbies. Not worrying about updating my status all the time. I need positive in my life right now and social networking is the opposite of that. Plus I'm tired of hearing everyone elses drama. Thats undue stress amiright?

Oh and I got myself a new trophy. I'm also thinking of buying the spark prep station. Hmmm =]

Wish me luck, if I can get my breakfast in, this week should be great!
