Happy Middle of Holiday Weekend

Well, this is the middle day of the holiday weekend. Hope everyone is having a good time doing what they like to do best. Have fun with family and friends. Try making some healthy meal choices for the long weekend and remember portion control. To me, that is the hardest thing to do when everything tastes so good. If you do happen to eat too much, remember you have already done it, forget it and start over for the next meal.
