i was randomly trying on dresses in my closet tonight and then realized that i hadn't recorded my measurements in a while.. and so... since march 15th i've lost 3 inches off my hips, 2 inches off each of my thighs, 2 inches off my chest, and 1 inch off my waist for a total of 8 lbs... the healthy way. workin hard. staying focused. imagine if i lost another 8 ?!?! dang! LOL i am currently at 144 and i plan on hitting 140 by june 18th. just a lil goal i'm setting. definitely feasible. but yea.. trying to transform the lower body and tone up my stomach and arms. i might book a photoshoot in august/september if i get my body to where i want it to be by then. i'm really trying to take it to the next level in 2010 and we're half way done the year already.. so... it's ON!!! hope all of you are staying positive and putting in that hard work.. stepping out of your comfort zone and really pushing to be the best you can be! happy memorial day weekend, sparkies!!
