Whoops - Forgot to blog yesterday (Wednesday)
Today is supposed to be for Thursday
Since I'm still a day behind, I decided to skip over the Max Recovery and keep doing the straight workout.
Today was Max Plyo.
This one is probably one of the harder ones, you end up feeling like your legs are 45 pounds a piece and this one always hurts my wrists with the falling and pushing and twisting and all. Suppose something is always going crazy! LOL
I can't quite do all the stuff as fast as they want, but I can keep up with it mostly. i will tell you though...I hate switch kicks!!!
