Supper & Weigh-In

I forgot to post yesterday. My hubby and I had tuna steak for supper last night. He ended up cooking it with just a little creole seasoning. I am not a big seafood person but I was able to eat some of it. It tasted like real beef steak till the end. It was extremely good to be seafood.
Also we ended up getting pedometers and a small weight set to add to our exercising stuff.
I was thinking about getting the 10 lb Kettlebell set. Has anyone ever tried these?
I had my weigh-in this morning.
I gained 0.8lbs. I am ok with that. I am still in the "onederland."
I believe the following are the reasons for the gain. I have not eaten like I am suppose to this week. Also, Sunday will start my week 3 without smoking.
