I just finished a really yummy breakfast. Into a bowl, I sliced a cup of fresh strawberries, sliced a small banana, and then put a container of Yoplait nonfat strawberries/bananas yogurt over it. It was really tasty and easy and only 243 calories. If you want s few extra calories, you could have a 100 calorie English muffin.
