Sporadic Insanity

Unable to do insanity every day due to my schedule this week. I have found time to fit in other activities. I'm just happy that I'm moving more than in the past.

Yesterday, I could have done an Insanity workout but I was so excited about the chance to play tennis with a friend. I decided to 'save' my energy and knee strength for tennis.

I'm feeling great these days but the scale just isn't my friend. It's not moving much :( My clothes are fitting better and DH has been complimenting the noticeable changes.

    Hey, sporadic Insanity w/other activities thrown in there is just awesome! I find that when the weather is gorgeous outside, I tend to want to do other stuff instead of my ChaLEAN Extreme, RevAbs or Brazil Butt Lift routine. It's moving and burning calories, so I think it counts just fine :) But that's me! I think tennis is a great way to move your body in different ways than Insanity and obviously you're building other muscles cos your clothes are fitting differently even tho your scale isn't moving. You could try tweaking your menu.

    The scale can be tricky sometimes. What matters most is how you feel. The fact that your clothes feel better and your DH is noticing is way more important than any number on the scale. Conrats on the success!
