I feel good!! Went to the gym today and got quite a bit of cardio done. Worked on the treadmill, incline bike, the weight machines and then did laps in the pool. I had forgotten how good I feel after a workout.

Just finished logging in my nutrition for the day. I finally got up to wher SparkPeople says that I should be calorie wise as well as the other nutritional info. Somedays that seems like an aweful lot of food. Making sure to eat healthy along with all of the other nutritional requirements can be tricky at times. Can't weit to weight in on Sunday.
