Well, Max Cardio Conditioning...I kicked your a$$!
My thighs are huge.
My stomach is still flabby
My butt is still droopy.
Anyone out there know of any different programs?! I'm headed to the beach July 10. I've been working out with Insanity since April 12 - I really thought it would help. Now of course, If the rest of my body did what my thighs are doing, we'd be in business!!! LOL
Maybe a second round?!
I tried to run tonight after my workout...hahahaha!! All that jumping and squatting and lunges is not good for a pre run workout! I didn't make it!
I posted some pictures just so y'all know that I'm not crazy, there really was no change in the first 30 days. I'm tempted to take more pictures to see if there was a change at all, but I'm pretty sure I'd be disappointed.
And yes, I know, success is not measured in numbers. Yes I feel great, yes, my fitness has improved, yes my heart rate is lower...
But who walks by a girl on the beach and says 'DAMN!!! Check out HER pulse!!!'
