Still Wavering

I seem to be at a standstill with my weight loss! I have weighed the same since the end of April. I should have lost at least another 5 lbs. I'm not overly motivated to lose anymore weight even though I have at least 60lbs to lose!!! I have gotten content with my 30 lbs weight loss. I'm afraid that I might start gaining!!! My savings grace is that I do track everything that I eat everyday. It keeps me honest. I haven't worked out as much as I used to. I have quite a few things going on Memorial Day weekend, so, I'm going to have to be diligent with my food intake.

    The title of your blog:Wavering. Take a look at any non-food, exercise issues you are wavering on. Take a look at the thoughts of fear about going further in your weight loss. Take a look at your thoughts/fears about getting to goal. These all produce results or lack of in your body. It isn't just the conscious thoughts that we need to listen to. All thoughts produce results in our life.

    You can do it, just don't think negative thoughts pure positive ones and you will start to lose. IF you start stressing about it then thats not good, you might not gain just maintain which is what we don't wan't to happen. Try mixing it up, instead of the same routine try something new try a few things new sometimes our body gets use to working out on the same stations so we need to mix that up plus try tricking your body at your eating, eat a little less three days and then the other four maintain that will cause your body to keep guessing.
