I Did It!

Weighed myself this morning. Hoping and praying that the scale had moved-even just a little. To my surprise and amazement I lost 1.2 pounds. Watching and recording my food helps me see where my food has been a crutch. Still can't believe that I'm not eating enough though. Now I need to start exercising regularly. I'm going to sit down this AM and work out a schedule for Mon-Sat. I know I will do better this way and things will start getting back to normal in my life.
