unfortunately i'm not as motivated as i was yesterday. I am starting to feel its kinda useless that i'm going to fail yet again this time around ...... i got so depressed i over ate which now made me feel worse. But thankfully the day has come to and end and i am looking foward to tomorow and i sincerely hope i wont fall off the wagon.

    My first two weeks were the hardest for me...I felt like I was starving. Just don't start everything at once. The first two weeks for me were just tracking food. Once I got that down I added a bit of cardio...now 3 months out I'm tracking food, doing cardio (walking) and some weights...It's worked (I've lost 25 lbs).

    Don't think of the BIG goal, but just the short term stuff...it's doable and you are worth it!!! Remember to have compassion for yourself on this journey. Don't punish yourself for slip ups, just learn from them and move forward.

    Instead of saying "Don't eat" when you're bored, or emotional (which is what I used to do) find something to fill that...like...drawing, writing, knitting, crosswords...something
