I feel like in the beginning of weight lost, you are suppose to lose a lot faster then later on in the journey. Well this week's weigh in, I only lost .6 pounds. I know I should be thrilled b/c at least it is a lost, but I have been working my butt off. Getting on the treadmill 45 minutes a day and walking at a really fast pace the whole time and even running for five of those minutes. Plus I have been eating really healthy. I even went back and tracked what I ate this past week and didn't see anything wrong. I just don't understand. If I continue losing only .6 lbs a week, this journey will take FOREVER! Feeling a little down this morning and need some encouragement. emoticon

    Patience, Patience, Patience. Your body will respond to you treating it right. It's only been two (or three weeks) Months from now when you are 50 pounds lighter you will be happy. Keep high hopes and keep doing what your doing. GOOD JOB ON THE .6 pound lost emoticon
