I feel like in the beginning of weight lost, you are suppose to lose a lot faster then later on in the journey. Well this week's weigh in, I only lost .6 pounds. I know I should be thrilled b/c at least it is a lost, but I have been working my butt off. Getting on the treadmill 45 minutes a day and walking at a really fast pace the whole time and even running for five of those minutes. Plus I have been eating really healthy. I even went back and tracked what I ate this past week and didn't see anything wrong. I just don't understand. If I continue losing only .6 lbs a week, this journey will take FOREVER! Feeling a little down this morning and need some encouragement.
