My mum has been on this weight loss journey weight gain lose gain for a long time, things i remember throughout my childhood growing up with seeing what she tried, did and didn’t do and now iam pretty much doing the same.
She has had her knees totally re constructed because of years of being overweight and a job as a hair dressing standing all day long, and then my resent visit to my doctor because of my hip pain getting worse and worse it has made me realise the x ray or blood tests to determine if its arthritis or hip wearing out is NOT going to magically make me better. I need to try try try to get this weight off.
Mum always went back to (because she would get bored and stop and then realise she should keep going) eating Fresh fruit salads for breakfast and lunch and some yummy veggies at dinner, (only just recently started eating meats again) and she noticed a huge weight difference, energy levels were great, skin looked felt better. So iam going to give it a go and try to stick to it, i ideally want to get to a weight were i have more energy firstly so i can exercise in the mornings and after i get home from work and done the mother/partner chores, instead of dropping like a sack of potatoes on bed.
some photos i have taking of my first 3 days on eating fresh fruit breakfast and lunch (dinner has been a little difficult getting the veggies bit but i have gone for the weightwatchers’ meal portions from the local supermarket (omg they are tiny portions! but maybe there’s my problem, which I’ve mentioned in other blogs.. I eat 2-3 portion sizes to much??)

I have felt full throughout the day and although iam not used to eating it i'am handling the new feeling, taste etc
