I had no idea how used to have a regular activity schedule had become to me until yesterday. I have been having trouble recently with a sore hamstring muscle. Finally it got to the point where i was in pain all the time. Went to walk-in clinic and got diagnosis of a muscle tear. I got pain killers and muscie relaxants and a direction to rest. Some yoga, but only without strain. This is going to drive me crazy.

    Sorry to hear about the muscle tear. Make sure that you use common sense and don't try to do that little bit too much (Aunty Kris speaking here :-)

    I'm really sorry about the muscle tear, but I'm sure you know enough about yoga to know which moves you can do safely, so that is a good thing!
    Be grateful for your knowledge, and I hope you heal quickly. emoticon
