BLood Pressure Check

My report was poor not so good . My bs is still high so he upped my meds it was 168/120.Were both working on it I'm getting a little worried.
I will keep you all updated I have to go back in 2 weeks for another check

    Try cutting back on your carbs and see if it helps. It did my BP.

    AMIE WILL PUT YOU ON MY PRAYER LIST FOR THAT BP, I KEEP HOPING TO GET OFF MY MEDICINE FOR BP, BUT SO FAR HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO KEEP IT DOWN WITHOUT THE MEDICINE, BUT I KEEP TRYING, I KEEP THINKING IF I COULD GET ANOTHER 30 LBS OFF IT MIGHT HELP. HOPE YOUR NEW MEDICINE WORKS FOR YOU. TAKE CARE.

    I know aspartame makes blood pressure high, there are over 9,000 products containing aspartame including milk and medicine and canned tomatoes; hope you are not ingesting aspartame unawares (or awares). Check all your meds to make sure it's not in them; sometimes you have to call the company as it's frequently not on the label. If any of the labels contain PKU, it for sure contains aspartame.

    i hear ya, i never (ever, ever)..go to the doc that my bp isnt high, i check it at home alot and it might be ok, but i am currently on 4 bp meds, it bites to live this way, with the new cpap machine they just put me on, and so i am working toward losing weight to eliminate some of these probs, good luck in your journey
