Well, I never blog on here, so I thought I might... Today I am feeling so much better about my routine. It's actually starting to work really well! I grocery shop every sunday and I know exactly what foods to buy and which NOT to buy...

I'm up to 30 minutes on my elliptical without stopping, which makes me feel awesome! Now I get a nice sweaty workout, like you're supposed to!!! lol I've been doing Sun/Mon/Tues/Thurs as my workout days. I MIGHT start working out on Saturday mornings, but it's so hard for me to do that because I always feel like I have NO energy in the mornings. We'll see though.

Drinking the 8 glasses of water a day is getting difficult, but I've decided to do most of it at night, right before and during my nightly workouts. I've been drinking a huge glass (about 40 oz.) before my workout, then a bottle or two during. They say it's best to drink a lot of water about 2-3 hours before you work out so that your muscles are hydrated enough and you can burn fat easier... Seems to be working!

Since Sept. 29th, I've lost 7 pounds, 5.25" from waist, 4.75" from hips, 1.25" from neck, and 2.25" from upper thighs. Must be doing something right!!!
