If you have read my blogs before you know that I have a Wii and really enjoy the exercise games for it. Well, I ordered two more and got one of them today, so I thought I would try it. It is called Walk It Out and it is a blast. Basically, you are walking around an island in time to the music. The better you keep in step the more chips you get to create and build your island. I used the pad for my Dance Dance cause it tracks your steps better. So I am walking and creating my island and after a bit my legs are getting tired so I thought I would pause and see where I was at time wise. Well I had been playing for 1 hour and 15 minutes and burned 419 calories by my HRM. I walked 12,108 steps for about 3.6 miles (the Wii keeps track of all this) Needless to say I had fun and I will continue tomorrow to see where my steps take me on my island and what I build tomorrow.
