It's been 7 days now, and I'm only down 4 pounds....but I guess that's good...slow and easy. lol Still having a little trouble tracking all the food, but getting a little better at it. I'm finding it is easier for me to eat the foods I like, just try to eat smaller portions. Hopefully that will still work.
Hope you all are doing well....I love that there is so much support available!
