Day One

Hi there!
I had a pretty good day, voting for the first time and doing fun things at school. Although the school budget did get voted down, I had some personal successes. I peeled myself off the futon and did a 40-50ish minute Brazilian dance workout, and stuck pretty close to my calorie intake goal.
I'm not sure how active I'll be on Sparkpeople with the whole blogging thing, though, so don't expect to see Day Two, or Day Three-Hundred on here. The first one just seemed important enough to document. I hope my journey on this site yields some results, the most important of which is simply to live happier and healthier.
