I got up to 162 this month--Yuck! My clothes that were baggy last summer now fit. This is not good.
My BF is a firm believer is white carbs-- definitely not for me. The carbs, that is.
Now at 161. Walking everyday with my new puppy, but I have to get back to the gym. Today I had a morning walk and a bike ride at lunch.
No white carbs!
