I'm taking this challenge along with my SparkFresno team. I'm also taking this idea off of 1 of the team members... Cyndall (IMLOSINIT4GOOD). I think it's a great way to keep yourself accountable, letting others see your results and also knowing others are watching then it causes you to push harder or at least it does me... and that's what I need right now is to feel like I'm being watched so I'll push harder and keep myself accountable to others. So far I know I'm not doing the best I could possibly be doing.

My goal this week is to up my workouts, make myself SWEAT each time I workout.
Get my veggies/fruit (fruiggies) in... this will be HARD... I don't care for many fruits, I do eat veggies, but not every day. So I need to try and up my intake on both counts.

PLEASE! I need your help to stay accountable, even if it means some checking in on me every day to see if I've gotten my workout in. Some days I just put it off and put it off and don't even do it at all. I need to change that! I need to make ME feel important & feel good once again!
