My First Bikini and burning more calories

I bought my first bikini ever yesterday. I don't know if I'll have the courage to wear it this summer. I still have this flabby stomach with loose skin.

However, I think it is an awesome motivation to get these abs toned!

Since I'm biking to work, training for a half marathon and dragon boating (and more!), I don't know how to adjust my eating. Right now I eat around 1800 calories. I burned more than 3000 calories a week...

Anyone has an eating game plan for this kind of lifestyle for the summer months? More carbs, protein, etc.?

    Try inputting your calorie burn goal into your SP tracker. If the site knows you're burning 3000 calories a week, it will adjust your ranges accordingly. Keep up the great work! You're going to rock that bikini!
