I am going to do a photo blog of what I eat daily...to help keep me more accountable.

Here is what was on the menu for today!

Breakfast:
1 cup strawberries with 2 tablespoons cool whip light topping
forgot to take a picture of the cherrios, blueberries and milk 312 calories


Lunch:
1 cup strawberries, 2 tablespoons cool whip light topping, 1 cup fresh spinach, 3 oz mushrooms, 2 tablespoons caesar vinagerette dressing, 2 oz colby cheese, 2- 2oz. hamburgers, 1 piece American cheese, 2 tablespoons ketchup 40 oz water 750 calories


Dinner:
1 serving Asian chicken salad, 1 cup broccoli, 1/4 cup chickpeas, 1/2 cup brown rice, 342 calories


snack:
1 vitatop muffin 100 calories


Water: consumed 120 oz today


I was right where I should have been with my calorie intake today!! 1504 calories. wahoo!
