I finally had time to get in a real workout! I get a lot of exercise at work, but it had been a long time since I could actually spend a big chunk of time working out. I weighed myself today and FINALLY lost one of the 4 pounds I had gained back. Yay! (Except I probably just gained it back since I went to the buffet with my family for dinner tonight...)

    Good for you! I didn't really do anything cardio today but hiked a couple of miles at the river! A beautiful day to be out! Glad you got to go out with your family tonight!
